BCB launches investigation after serious allegations against Taskin AhmedBangladesh national team fast bowler Taskin Ahmed has been accused of assault and issuing threats in a shocking off-field incident. Reports suggest that on the night of July 26, Taskin allegedly lured a man named Sifatur Rahman Saurav to the Mirpur-1 area over a phone call and physically assaulted him. Following the incident, the victim, Saurav, filed a General Diary (GD) at the Mirpur Model Police Station. Police have yet to make an official statement regarding the matter.Attempts to reach Taskin Ahmed for comment were unsuccessful.
